rançois and Michelle welcome you to their 2 furnished self-catering accommodations, labeled “Gîtes de France”, located on the heights of Saint-Leu on Reunion Island: "Le Balcon Créole".
The first self-catering unit: "The Setting Sun" has a total capacity of 6 people.
The second self-catering unit, "The Panoramic" has a total capacity of 4 people.
Both units are fully furnished and independent units, each on their own level, located near the owner's house.
At an altitude of 600m, the climate is very pleasant.
You will enjoy relaxing after a day of hiking with our amazing views of the ocean and breathtaking sunsets.

he Panoramic is a self-catering unit of approximately 100m2 and can accommodate 2 to 4 people.

- A large, fitted kitchen with:

- Spacious living room area with a full-length bay window, offering a breathtaking sea view.
- Two outside patio areas with a barbecue.
Rates:
- • 2 people €420 per week.
- • 3 people €483 per week.
- • 4 people €500 per week.
- • Deposit 400 €.
- • Discounts apply for extended (long) stays.
All utility charges are included in the price.
The rental can start any day of the week.
You can return the accommodation clean or choose to pay 60 euros for cleaning services at the end of your stay.
Check-in from 3 p.m. and Check-out before 10 a.m.
Please note a tourist tax of €0.90 per day and per person must be paid upon arrival.
